Emergency Robotic Cutter to Reopening of Lateral Drain Flow – We were contacted by our client as a matter of urgency following the installation of a 60-metre x 225 mm UV liner. Following the installation of the liner, they began to reopen the 19x live lateral connections using their own cutter. Unfortunately, their cutting unit broke down, meaning the connections were not fully reopened. This was on a main road, and the client was facing time constraints with traffic management as well as the surrounding properties backing up.
